To ensure the best outcome, please kindly keep the following points in mind: 1. Services Provided The academy delivers online courses in the Arabic language, the Holy Quran, and related Islamic sciences. All classes are conducted remotely via approved video conferencing platforms. Class schedules are arranged in advance by mutual agreement between the student and instructor. 2. Payment Policy Advance Payment: Tuition fees must be paid in advance (on the 1st day of every month). You will receive an automated PayPal payment link. Non-payment Consequence: If tuition is not paid, sessions will be stopped automatically. Annual Fee Adjustment: Tuition fees will be increased annually by 10% every January. 3. Attendance and Scheduling Punctuality: Please attend classes on time to ensure a smooth learning experience for everyone. Absence and Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, kindly notify us at least two hours in advance so that your session can be rescheduled. Policy note: Up to 20% of the total monthly sessions can be rescheduled per month if advance notice is given. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session. If a student does not attend a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued for that session. If the Academy cancels any course for any reason, all relevant fees will be refunded automatically. 4. Academic Guidelines Assignments: Completing assignments on time will help you gain the most benefit from the month. 5. Communication Policy Official Channel: All communications should be conducted exclusively through the academy’s support team, who are available 24/7 to assist you. Contact Information: It is strictly prohibited for students and teachers to exchange or request any personal contact information during sessions. All correspondence and inquiries must go through the support team. 6. Intellectual Property All teaching materials, digital content, videos, and audio files provided by the academy are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from the academy’s administration. 7.
